Top Shelf Comedy started in a small mezzanine bar with Iain booking and hosting and Sadie show running, topping up drinks and just wanting to make sure everyone was having a good time. We’ve experienced our fair share of mishaps, from spotlights falling mid show to forgetting microphones minutes before show start (kinda essential!) but we’ve come a long way from that wee bar in Hyndland, Glasgow.

We’ve been lucky to produce shows in so many amazing venues across Glasgow, the West of Scotland and now Australia including Perth, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Brisbane and regional WA. It’s such been such a cool experience!

Not only that, we’ve had some of the best Scottish and Australian comedians on our stages including Susie McCabe, Roscoe McClelland, Christopher MacArthur-Boyd, Tom Stade, Marc Jennings, Scott Agnew, Jay Lafferty, Rachel Jackson, Ray Bradshaw, Raymond Mearns, MC Hammersmith and loads more class acts.
